Angels and Airwaves

So, what do you guys think about Angels and Airwaves? Tom has been hyping this project a lot.

Oh, and one of songs is out there somewhere. I've heard it and it's pretty good. It has a different feel than Blink 182, but I don't know how it compares to Box Car Racer (never listened to them).

 

I've only heard clips, but I'm really excited about this. I really enjoy Blink's music, and although I'm sad about the break-up, we now have Plus-44 and Angels and Airwaves.

You should go check out Plus-44 while you're at it. The only song released by them so far is called No It Isn't. I think.

 

Yea. I've heard that Plus-44 song. It's not too bad. I'm a little more excited about Angels and Airwaves. Can't wait to hear the other songs; the clips showed a lot of promise.

Edit: You need to listen to Box Car Racer aswell... That album was like, the best album ever.

 

I really liked blink but I'm much more interested in Plus-44 tbh.

 

Yeah. No one's really sure how it leaked and people have been going around asking a lot of questions about how it go out to people.

 

It kind of reminds me of Always by blink, only countless times better.

And, rather disturbingly, the logo reminds me of EA Sports. *convulses*

 

Asthenia aswell. Which a lot of people think is blink-182's best song.

 

I want the album now.
Is there any word on a release date yet?

And where can I find the Plus-44 songs?
Really, I wasn't expecting a song like that for Angels & Airwaves, I guess I was expecting something like early Blink-182, which I don't really care for.

I actually really only liked their last album and some of the more serious songs on their older albums.

 

Now you mention it, it does sound a lot more like Asthenia.

The album was meant to be out last month, but I think it's been put back til around March unless I'm missing something big.

There was meant to be a single out last month but it got put back to January. then nothing happened in January. Apparently the album is set to be out around March/April.

 

I like the song a lot. You can tell it's partially influenced by blink-182.

 

The Adventure is a great song, kinda reminds me of a cross between the new Blink 182 and Box Car Racer

 

I've listened to that goddamn song like.. 21 times today.
Maybe the full album will leak soon.
Or at least a reasonable release date will be made.

 

That leaked song isn't bad. Better than a lot of Blink songs, but it's not anything great, IMO. I'm looking forward to both Angels and Plus, though.

 

It's really good, I like the drumming.
