How do they go from casting Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Kevin Costner, Michael Shannon, Russell Crowe, (holy crap the list goes on...) Antje Traue and many other talented figures who fit the role in 'Man Of Steel' to this debacle? Not that Jesse Eisenberg is a bad performer, but this is really hard to swallow. I don't see him doing any better than Topher Grace as Venom. Alternativetly, casting Jeremy Irons might give insight as to how they want to handle Alfred's role in this movie-verse; more of a reveal into his hard-boiled past perhaps? Still, awkward choices. Faith be fading.
Eisenberg is an interesting choice, but any perceived negatives he may bring to the movie are balanced out by Chris Terrio coming in to fix what is sure to be another shitty David Goyer script.

I'm sorry, no. Eisenberg shouldn't play Lex Luthor, Heisenberg should. EDIT: Oops, nevermind, other people have already said that.
Looks cool but he's definitely not built that big. He's a scrawny little dude. Hope he bulks up and starts working on his acting.
Chris Terrio (Argo) rewriting Man of Steel 2 script, Goyer demoted to Co-Exec under Geoff Johns. http://dccomicsnews.com/2014/02/03/warner-bros-rebranding-man-steel-sequel/ Good news at last.
Great news. He's an ideas/concept guy without the ability to properly flesh everything out by himself.

Personally, that sounds like an actor wasting his talents I always laughed at Vulture as a kid. Mainly for being bald because it wasn't like a badass Lex Luthor kinda bald. John Malkovich would kill it as Vulture though.
