People expect the band to bend over backwards and do what they want them to do, because God forbid that the band does what it wants with their own music and artwork that accompanies said music. As far as the single artwork itself for A Light That Never Comes, I do like it, but I think it would have been better off without the random characters, or whatever the hell they are. I'm not bitching about it, but they do come off as a bit distracting.
