LPA is getting the exclusive first fan reviews of the album it looks like. I haven't seen anyone that's attending on LPL or Reddit yet.

The first worldwide reviews of the first LP album in 7 years, there is a bingo at play here

That would be an awesome way to rocket-launch this place back into the game. Especially happy for those who kept it alive during the 7 zombie years

 

This album sounds like it's going to be a really solid one for sure based on the reactions we've heard already.

Everything that has been said about this record,

• from the mindset the band had writing it - making music as friends and not initially under the Linkin park label
• to the fact they've mentioned a couple of times a "studio momentum"
• to the excitement and joy they've shown to be back
• to the fact there was never a guarantee of an LP8, but "it happened"

All of it makes me think this is going to be a (very) strong release. I'll try not to compare it with the rest of the discography, at least not initially, because this is a fresh start. But I have a feeling I'm going to enjoy this a whole lot.

What dates will that be, so I can consider listening to it beforehand? Is there such a list available?

 

It's coming out worldwide on the 15th.

However, due to timezones it'll release first at midnight local time in New Zealand, 18 hours ahead of the North American east coast for example.

My question is when of even if it'll leak? I'm not sure what the standard timeline is in 2024 anymore. I've preordered the vinyl, I've gone to a listening party... so bring it on!
