it was a pretty good vid i think i thought it was cool on the big scream part where they threw in different random pics including a horse and and an xray of a brain w/ what looked like flashes of the breaking the habit drawings of chester anyone got an idea where the live vid was from?
I thought it was alright, although I may be able to say more once I see it on TV or something. Pretty cool as well. Yet, the one thing that stuck out in particular and is my only complaint was the numurous transitions in every second, which got quite stressful on the eyes sometimes. Yet, maybe it's just me.
Love the new video. better than i expected thats for sure. and its bad ass how they make it look like how a fan would see him perform with all the shaking and shoving...pretty cool
Not a bad video at all, the part where Chester goes into the crowd was cool. The whole static on the screen thing matched the song.
In contrast to the release of the other MTM videos which did not impress me at once, I am happy with the Given Up clip. The editing is great, really dark sometimes and I like those pictures put in between although I still need to figure out what they stand for. Nevertheless I have the impression that Chester is shown too often but maybe that opinion will change after having seen it several times.
I kept getting confused between Mike and Phoenix. And is it me, or did Rob look liks Spock? Anyway, overall, that was a great video.
yeah i posted it here way before i did on the got news section... but its already been taken care of... anyways.. wheres the vid filmed at?
i double agree with you... BIO could have been better but Given Up blew it. i really like the clip. it's like a real rock video that makes you want to mosh lol... can't wait to see it on tv. from wiki: On Chester Bennington's official blog, he stated that the video is currently being shot and features live performance from the band.Bennington told the crowd at the MEN Arena and the O2 Arena during his shows on January 27 and 29 that the performance of "Given Up" was recorded for use in a video. The video for "Given Up" was recorded in front of a live audience in Manchester at the MEN Arena. Cameras were also visible during the performance of the song at the concert on January 28 and 29 at the O2 Arena, with Chester stating on the January 29 show that they are filming for the "Given Up" video. Linkin Park had officially finished filming the video on February 6, according to Billboard. The video premiered on the band's official website on March 3, 2008 at 4p.m. Pacific Standard Time (Midnight UTC). Several scenes in the music video such as a cowboy and quotes can be seen as well as clips from "One Step Closer", "Papercut", "What I've Done", "Numb", and "Breaking The Habit".
