Well, I barely found out Hoobastank had a tour going on and I also found out they're coming to my town as well (Bakersfield, California). So along with my other friends, we went out to buy some tickets for only $16 dollars, pretty sweet eh? Considering this to only be my second concert ever attending, (Yes I know, what a shame..). If anyone has seen Hoobastank live before, I just wanna know your experience from them and if they're good live. I asked the guy that sold me the tickets if we can bring cameras into the concert, but ignored me for some weird reason. Imma bring it anyway, I'll take pictures for you guys and post them up most likely when I get back since I have a digital camera now! Welp I hope I have fun! By the way, is Hoobastank coming to any of you people's cities? Just wonderin..
Bakersfield? You lucky dog! Man, Adema played a few shows there before they went into recluse and started recording again... makes sense, since that's their hometown.
Before the last song Hoobastank will play a song. I think they might play Girls just wanna have fun because they did that at the wennie roast.
I don't know if they're coming to a city near me.. but I do know that Hoobastank kickass in concert. lol They where great on the Meteora World Tour. I saw them live.. it was fun. lol.. they did that at the concert I went to too. It was weird and horrible.
I thought they were pretty good live. I saw them with LP in January and thought some were pretty good live like Out of Control. But the album versions are mostly better, IMO.
Well of course the album versions are going to be better. concerts = live album versions = sung 'til perfect.

Lots of songs from bands are better live than in studio. One example is Metallica's "Frantic" (VMA performance), and there's quite a few LP songs, such as "High Voltage (Remix)" and "A Place For My Head".
Oops.. sorry. I'll stop being abrasive.. even though I'm not too sure what that means. Anyway, I do agree with you. Some songs are better live.. or maybe funner.. like One Step Closer.
