Well, I barely found out Hoobastank had a tour going on and I also found out they're coming to my town as well (Bakersfield, California). So along with my other friends, we went out to buy some tickets for only $16 dollars, pretty sweet eh? Considering this to only be my second concert ever attending, (Yes I know, what a shame..). If anyone has seen Hoobastank live before, I just wanna know your experience from them and if they're good live.

I asked the guy that sold me the tickets if we can bring cameras into the concert, but ignored me for some weird reason. >_< Imma bring it anyway, I'll take pictures for you guys and post them up most likely when I get back since I have a digital camera now! Welp I hope I have fun!

By the way, is Hoobastank coming to any of you people's cities? Just wonderin..

Bakersfield? You lucky dog! Man, Adema played a few shows there before they went into recluse and started recording again... makes sense, since that's their hometown.

I thought they were pretty good live. I saw them with LP in January and thought some were pretty good live like Out of Control. But the album versions are mostly better, IMO.

yeah but I think that some live versions of songs are better, eg. Papercut and High Voltage.

You're really abrasive and should stop.

Lots of songs from bands are better live than in studio. One example is Metallica's "Frantic" (VMA performance), and there's quite a few LP songs, such as "High Voltage (Remix)" and "A Place For My Head".

 Oops.. sorry. I'll stop being abrasive.. even though I'm not too sure what that means. :innocent:

Anyway, I do agree with you. Some songs are better live.. or maybe funner.. like One Step Closer. ;)
