When it comes to mainstream success, in the year of 2017, Kiiara is bigger than all of them together.
I agree with you but being less rude. Chester's voice is not good. Kiiara is the highlight on this song.
Depends on some users' attitude about it. Not liking it is perfectably understandable, I'm a little underwhelmed in regards to it myself.
I quite like Heavy. Lyrics are weak in places and the song is sorely lacking in live drums and instruments until later in the song. Curious to hear the rest of the album now though.
When Chester says "I know I'm not the center of the universe But you keep spinning round me just the same" he sounds like Callum from 5 Seconds of Summer
I can see this song doing well on the radio. it's kind of bland though, nothing special about it. I do really like the different vocal style from Chester. I've been hoping for a different vocal style for a long time now.
Oh hey! The song is not nearly as bad as I expected it to be. The vocal delivery is much much better than what we were shown in the clips leading up to release. The production is also top notch. That being said, the song is just ok. Not bad, but not amazing. I was surprised to see how short it was. Left me thinking "That's it?". Interested to see what the rest of the album brings. uch a long wait until release. I'm expecting they're gonna really market the hell out of this thing if we gotta wait three months. But with only 10 tracks, are we going to go back to the old school approach where we only get to hear the single and 1 other song? Or will they go THP route again where we get a handful of songs to tide us over? The real anticipation begins now.
I said before and I'll say it again. Top 10 Linkin Park song to date. My top list (I think): Mark the Graves Rebellion Castle of Glass Final Masquerade Breaking the Habit A Line in the Sand Heavy
I actually doubt this'll get much radio traction. Not in the US, anyway. LPA tends to skew fairly young and, as far as I can tell, outside of the US. An adult in America will know who Page Hamilton and Tom Morello are, a 20 year old European, not so much.
I like it. I think it's going to blend in with the rest of the album really well. Probably the shortest song. Looking at the song titles I want this to be a super sad record. I wanna feel some feels.
I'm American so I could be wrong but to me it seems like a European should know who Tom Morello is. Page is the one exception, where I wouldn't be shocked if people didn't know who he was.
It's fucking insane. This band just consistently kills it with every release. So blessed to be growing up with their music and seeing it evolve. Chester's still got it!
Should know and does know are two different things. And again, keep in mind the age difference. Rage is going to be more significant to someone pushing 32 as opposed to 22.
