So we've gotten so much in a short span of time (mikes tweet, lp website clouds, new clip) I wouldn't be surprised if we had a song later today/tonight or tomorrow. Just a guess

 

Will that be an INTRO ?

 

Seriously, that snippet sounds like some Five Finger Death Punch shit. If Mike's idea of heavy, cutting-edge music is bog-standard groove-metal, then I got a feeling I'm gonna hate this album.

 

Maybe the hunting party is us the fans and the hunt for clues is starting on the 6th.

 

You're probably going to hate it no matter what.

 

I would love the album to have a proper intro again like on MtM or ATS.

 

Broken Bells, Cold Play, Glitch Mob, Calling All Cars, LINKIN PARK. This is going to be an awesome year.

I think I am just spoiled with Minutes to Midnight and A Thousand Suns. The only two LP albums I can listen front to back. The others have good to great songs on them but they only do great on their own instead of an album as a whole.

 

I think it means track 6 out of 14. And is that shung lees stage above me?

 

I really don't think they'd have the album title laying around like that. It's probably the working title for that song they just previewed.

 

Eh, you can see that they isolated the guitar and drums for this snippet, there will probably be a ton of other elements in the song at the same time. I doubt it will be that raw when we hear the whole thing.

 

I think it means that this album is obviously 3 more than pi.

A couple of toughts.
I dont think this preview sounds a la aoki.
I dont think this preview is suitable for a mainstream production like transformers.
I dont think this preview is suitable for the first single of a new album.

Im not telling i didnt like the preview because it did.

Wait. I just thought of something. It's a possibility that The Mall OST could be released this year also. If the new LP album goes in one direction and the Mall OST is a completely different direction, I'd kind of forgive the album if I hate it.
