I cringed reading this article. He could have at least picked Underground 16 if he was talking about their "newest album".
Don't know if this means anything but earlier Chester tweeted that for those who value his opinion, the new record is his favorite to date and he can't wait to share with us all
He always says that lol. You would hope that the current album any band are currently working on is the bands favourite at that specific time. Nice that he's looking forward to sharing it with us though. Shame he didn't say when.
It means that he's probably been enjoying the finished work and wanted to say something about it even if that thing is something he's always said about every other release. So, we can infer from it.
Don't get me wrong I'm glad he likes it and is looking forwards to sharing it. Definitely hyped for this. But then I always am for any new LP music. Just hoping for slightly less generic quotes about the album coming from the band soon. I really don't understand what the problem of indicating where they are in the process or some sort of potential timescale for the release could be. Why so secretive? It woudn't decrease the hype imo.
I didn't mean that his comment is something special that promises the album to be the best ever lol I know he always says that. What I mean is, I'm hoping his tweet has something to do with today...
I'm not expecting anything until February, but we're getting close. They could do what other music artists have done by dropping the full album at once, but I can't see them doing that. Because they haven't done any marketing for the album besides telling us that they can't wait to share it. Maybe single first, then a month or so later we'll get the album.
Yeah, like I said before I see a single no later than Feb 10th (i hope) or early Feb and the album in April
I'm nervous on what direction they 're going. To be honest THP was out of place. There was very little marketing and the album itself was a huge let down for me. It's my least favorite lp album to date. I thought it was predictable and lacked that creative spark that LP puts fourth in all their albums. Generic rock... I hope this time around they picked up their creativity that I know they have. I'm a little impatient but I feel with all the time they had this may be much more creative than the last. I guess we shall see soon.
I've never been so impatient with a LP album release. I was there hyping for MTM, ATS, LT and THP... but this one... man, this one is driving me nuts.
I feel the opposite. Honestly, I don't care a lot about their new album, and I prefer being in this situation because maybe I will have a better opinion of the album since I don't expect anything. In the past, my hype ruined a lot their albums so I've learned that the best way is to keep relax and to have my head in other stuff.
Chester's wife tweeted today about enjoying their weekend getaway before they drop new music and things get "cray cray" so hopefully something next week!!
Somehow I hven't been speculating / expecting a lot from this new album. I just know it'll be released, and it'll be interesting to see what the band sound like nowadays.
