Linkin Park Writing 'A Million Little Pieces'?

I'm only a n00b in terms of being on a forum, because I don't really like all the online arguments that seem to occur, I put one post and someone has a go at me - case closed me thinks.

But in terms of actually liking LP, I've been there right from the beginning and I was in the LPU for the first 3 years.

In regards to the book, I looked it up on amazon and it's about rehabilitation and so I could imagine an album title similar to "Breaking The Habit".

geez it was just a comment it wasn't about any certain person it was a generalization and I was talking about the fact that people go off on noobs sometimes for what seems like no apparent reason. if I'm wrong then I'm wrong but w/e back to the subject

Twelve Steps would be good but it's a little close to The Thirteenth Step by A Perfect Circle

 

I gotta agree that forums do lead to a lot of arguments... Thats why I'm not a regular on the forums I belong to anymore.

I can't think of a title from A Million Pieces (having read the book myself) that seems to fit with LP in my mind, really.

 

maybe they'll name it after another location, like Meteora.... i guess that would be cool..

 

In my opinion, the title for the new album should have a lot of backbone. Something that truly represents that this album will be different than the others. The suggested titles that were listed are just wimpy.

 

it doesn't really matter what the title of the album is as long as the music is awesome. it can be called "Little Pink Fairies" and I wouldn't care lol

 

I actually like "Little Pink Fairies"... That name actually kicks a lot of ar*es.... IMHO it's very good but that's just my opinion... I'm wierd but... hey it's good, no?

Because she endorsed his book, and he later came out and admitted that some of the major events in the book weren't true, when it had been promoted as a non-fiction autobiography. Oprah just wanted to distance herself from it, I think, to make her not look like a liar.

I've never read the book, but I don't think any album title Mike could've come up with would've been too controversial. That's why I'm kind of thinking it was a joke, just because he didn't even hint to the title, so maybe he didn't have one. I mean, it couldn't have been worse than "Punk's Dead Let's Fuck".

 

If they do that...

If Linkin Park releases an album called "A Million Little Peices" I'm gonna friggin burn all of my LP CDs and create a hate site entitled "atypical.com".

I don't mind the name myself, and I've not read the book, but then again, hey, what do I know, I actually don't mind any of these emo names. They're all just titles to me.

 

He was probably joking. After "Hybrid Theory", "Reanimation", "Meteora", and "Collision Course", they're not just going to call the next one "A Million Little Peices".
Hence, I was joking. Burn CDs? No, I'd just boycott the new one. Hate site? That's too obsessive.
