Yea I'm pretty sure it's not actually possible to wire speakers through mountains lol, can't have cords everywhere or the hikers may trip over them on the way up, or even worse, figure out that theyre speakers before they get to the top (yes, totally just said ruining the surprise is worse than tripping and injuring).

I think the prize should actually be more than just hearing the album anyway, even if it's heard in epic fashion, it's still coming to us in about 40-45 or whatever days. Mike says "huge payoff"...I'd like something that makes me raise eyebrows and say wow...just don't know what yet.

I keep seeing Allan as this dark, hooded figure who only reveals himself to be some nerdy middle aged skinny balding guy with spectacles.......I could take him in a mountaintop fight.

Then you take the key he drops and head inside Mount Rushmore where the vault is, Frodo style?...so the final clue is via an ultimate fan's ultimate sacrifice?...

Dare I say that fan must...burn it down...to end the hunt for the rest of us....ok that was bloody awful and I ruined my whole post with it...

Oh the irony of watching National Treasure on tv last night!

 

That movie is literally always on TV and every time I see it's on, I watch it and laugh. Because Nic Cage is just ridiculous.
But could you imagine if National Treasure: The LP Scavenger Hunt was a real movie, and the final clue of their quest was written on the back of a ketchup bottle label? Haha.

 

As long as the ending credits don't have Nic Cage trying to rap the verses of When They Come for Me....or worse yet they're running up a hill to the final clue and his team is trailing behind and Cage shouts "Try to catch up, motha fucka!"...damnit don't go activating my imagination like this because it runs wild lol

 

Oh my god. Sweet jesus, that would be incredible. Lmao.
Or if the last clue was that they had to break into a Heinz ketchup plant. "We have to steal the ketchup, motherfucker." omg.

 

Or they're running out of time and the Ketchup has ancient powers and the only way to escape is to drink from the holy chalice on the pedestal and of course it's filled with ketchup but come on who the hell wants to drink ketchup by itself right? but Cage is like "It's our only hope, TRY THE KETCHUP MOTHER FUCKERRR!!"...(other dude tries it and moans Chester's ahhhhh AH AHHH ahhhh AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH ok I'm taking this too far.....I should've quit while I wasn't ahead...
