    Wow, that's some awesome news.

I always wondered about the giant foot... Sayid spotted it when he was on the boat with Jin and Sun, which was in the beginning of season 3, I think.

About the video game, I think I heard it was going to be released after season 4 (in 2008), but maybe that date has changed, I don't know.

It was the end of season 2. It was the episode where they sent Hurley back to the beach and took Jack, Kate en Sawyer hostage. Than the whole sky went purple and white

Yeah I thought it was season 2. :p

I have a bit more news/rumors I guess for season four from The Tail Section. They have a good source apparently that tells them these things.

    ----

+ Season Four's flash forward sequences are essentially a season-within-a-season. Don't freak out, its not another mini-pod thing-a-ma-jig. The particulars have not been planned but apparently they are looking at a mix of flash backs and flash words, with a larger number of flash forwards.

+ The flash forwards tell a linear story, but will be presented in non-linear format from the vantage point of different characters. (This kills the 'only Kate and Jack' got off the island theory.) The big kicker is the Flash Forwards will be shot, according to the source, in Los Angeles.

+ Production will begin in mid-August and complete in March. That means that roughly 11-13 episodes will be completed by the time LOST airs. With spoiler-gate 2007 behind us, what are the odds that LOST will be locking its production down tighter than ever?

+ Kristin Veatch reports that Harold Perrineau has been offered his job back as 'series regular.' Rumors were circulating to this effect MONTHS ago, however. It was also reported at that time that the creators had a plan to deal with Walt's aging. Hmm... Flash forwards + Plan to deal with Walt's aging = Perrineau returning as regular in the future portion of next season. I supposed we will also see Walt going all Zen on us, learning to project himself into the past.

    ----

Most of the news from the tail section has always been true, so I trust that most of this news is correct. ;P

Sounds awesome, can't wait to see how the Flash Forwards will work out.

I do wonder if they're going to do another of those LOST internet quests, like they did last time, during the break between the season...

I wasn't in to LOST when they did that cool internet quest. I have heard about it though, I would like to try it. If they make another one it would most definitely be cool. ;P

    SPOILERS WARNING

just a few things i think need to be brought up about the season finale....

    1. Jack talks about his dad being alive in the hospital when he is drunk. didnt his dad die?

    2. who is in the coffin?

    3. the news paper clip is dated april 5 2007. when did they actually get of the island if they crashed in 2004? and what is the newspaper clip about?

    4. i dont think charlie is dead. he could swim out threw the window that mikhail blew up.

    5. who was the musician that programmed the code that charlie cracked?

    6. this maybe an error, but radio waves can't jam satellite signals. so how could the look glass station jam the satellite phone?

got any answers? got any thoughts on this? please do share!

I've got some more info a friend found it on Lostpedia.com:

    1) The name of the funeral agency, which Jack goes to in the finale, is Hoffs/Drawlar. This is an anagram for "Flash Forward.

    2) http://www.lostpedia.com/wiki/Newspaper_clipping the newspaper clipping seems to hold a lot of secrets.

One more episode and then I'm gonna join discussion. :D

    Must.resist.going.to.lostpedia.

    EDIT:

    Just watched it. Amazing.
Too bad I knew it was a flash forward, but I couldn't resist reading the first few post here :)

Ben is apparently not lying this time and I don't think they will be rescued in next season.

Concerning Jack's dad, he was problably very drunk and seems to be going slightly mad so maybe that's why he mentioned his father.

The person in the coffin.. I don't know.. they want us to think it's Ben but I'm pretty sure it's not, cause nothing is what it seems to be in this show.

I'm going to lospedia now to do some reading :)

And I just read that the new season begins in February not in September as I thought.
Haha it's gonna be a hell of a wait :)

The season finale was amazing, bit gutted about Charlie though

Me and a friend of mine think that the reason Jack mentioned his dad is because he's mentally unstable due to his drug use.

As for the flash forward idea, I think that it worked extremely well because no one expected it and I'm glad they've decided to carry it on. It will however, mean that you'll find out who dies and such before it happens because there won't be flash forwards of their lives.

I just read this on Lost Easter Eggs in the rumor section and thought it was interesting:

While attending Yessica Kumala's yearly "end of lost" celebration bash she prepared for Josh, which took place on May 31st at their home in Honolulu, I managed to snag a few tidbits regarding the season 4 opening episode. He was reluctant to tell me anything, and supposedly didn't know anything as he hadn't got the script yet, but after a few drinks he managed to pop a few out. I cant remember the exact words, but the following was roughly what he told me regarding the season 4 opener. This may or may not be true as he says this is what he heared floating around the set as he did his final scenes for the season 3 finale. Firstly, the season will supposedly open with a similar situation as season 1 and 2, however, this time its slightly more obvious. The episode apparently opens from "???" point of view, on the "rescue boat". Secondly, as a fan of Desmond, I asked if he knew how things ended with him. Again, he reminded me that this was just a rumour, but Desmond does not make an appearence in the first episode, however, Penny does. The final tidbit he popped out was about Locke. He had been in talks with Terry O Quinn, and found out that Locke will be a much darker character next season, and apparently knows alot more about the "rescue party" than he is letting on, and that he had previously knew "Cassie?" (one of boat crew) whilst dating Helen (perhaps a fling?). This information may not be much, and may not infact be real as they were just rumours floating around the set, but I hope you find it as interesting as I did.

Palingenisis: I read the season won't start until January. o_O Bah.
