I know that someone said this before. I haven't watched S.W.A.T. yet but it's true, LPs music is on S.W.A.T. According to this review on the film. Here's the part where they mention LP. "...Their evolving cool camaraderie is highlighted in a series of music video-style montages in which they train on obstacle and weapons courses, rolling and shooting, dodging and prowling, infiltrating buildings and stalking around corners, to rousing (and occasionally cleverly paced) tracks by the Rolling Stones, Linkin Park, and Apollo Four Forty....." http://popmatters.com/film/reviews/s/swat.shtml I don't know what song is feature in this film. But i'm sure that it won't be on the soundtrack. Here's the track listing dropping on August 12. 1. Bullet Frenzy 2. Don't Shoot Me Baby 3. My Big Black Assault Weapon 4. AK-47 Scherzo 5. Three Chords In Two Minutes 6. Run For Your Life 7. The Fascist Shuffle 8. S.W.A.T. 911 - Danny Saber 9. Crash Landing 10. That Cop Stole My Car 11. S.W.A.T. Sticker 12. Bullet Frenzy II 13. Time Is Running Out - Apollo Four Forty 14. Samuel Jackson - Hot Action Cop
If they're not on the soundtrack and it's not a new song, I don't care. Thanks for sharing the news with us, though.
I saw S.W.A.T last night. I was suprised they actually didn't play just the music but they had parts where both Chester and Mike sang/rapped. The part they play it is when the bad guy is riding in his uncle's car.
i dunno if this has already been mentioned, but there is a scene where the characters are at the ambassador hotel. they are in the empty pool where lp was.
Sweet, I'm yet to see this movie so I'll take note when I do see it. [/b][/quote] yea it was funny, we knew that figure.09 was in it, but we didnt expect the ambassador hotel part.. me and maya and irene were like AHH its the ambassador hotel!!!!! hehe
Yeah, I've seen SWAT week ago in Aspen, CO. I'm from Czech Rep. and the movie is not launched yet. But I think it's not bad - combination of that sexy bad guy and LP song, hmmmm
Yeah, if there's a song I didn't tought I'd hear in this movie was this one. Sadly it just lasted about 30s... But Hit the Floor's lyrics would have matched the situation better than Figure.09.
