What do you think of all the recent shows coming out where they makeover people with plastic surgery like The Swan and Extreme Makeover?
if its on when i'm flipping chanels i will watch extreme makeover home edition but thats pretty much it :wth:
"The Swan" is horrible. Build up someone's self-esteem and self-confidence, and then destroy it in a competition. That's just brilliant.
as for "the swan" it's sad to think that there are companies or whatever you wanna call them have enough money to change a persons appearance and self esteem and then parade them around a little stage and say "hey everyone, look at what we can do with all the useless knowledge we know and money we wanna spend to make you look like you have a chance in the world" i guess it's just a ratings thing that they're putting on to make more money
we had a show like that called nip/tuck lots of people watched it but i never did i was always doing something else when it was on
