So I searched, no topics to talk about this band specifically.

Does anyone on these boards like Mudvayne? Next to LP, they are my favorite band, so I'm just wondering about the rest of you.

When I can listen to a CD, and enjoy every track for it's own sake, that band gets very high marks in my book. Along with Linkin Park, Mudvayne is the only other band that I've felt this way about. :rawk:

Even though my taste in music has completely changed, the love I have for Mudvayne has stayed the same. Brings a tear to the eye, eh?!

Their most recent stuff is good, but nothing compares to L.D.50... And they are insanely great live. Just so much energy, it's amaaaazing. I recommend getting a piece of it. B)

My tastes in music has dramatically changed, Linkin Park was my all time favorite band, ever since the summer after 6th grade (I'm a freshman in highschool now, almost a sophomore!), and Disturbed being in a close 2nd. But not too long ago, I picked up "The End Of All Things To Come" at a local store, and brought it home and listened to it. They we're insane, I loved ever thing about them, but most of all the bassist is extremely talented, and I, being a bassist myself, was looking for something harder to play, they we're definately it. And then I heard "The 13th Step" by A Perfect Circle, they became another favorite, and last I heard "Otep", a death metal band with a chick vocalist, they are awesome. I heard their whole album through a friend, and just fell in love with it. Also, lately, thanks to Odaton, I have very much gotten interested in Dream Theater, and have heard a couple of full songs off the internet, after he let me listen to some clips.

So yeah, I love Mudvayne. :)

I never really liked them but I have some friends who listen to them and I think they're alright. From the songs I have heard, I can really see myself getting into their music a bit more. ^_^

Mudvayne are amazing. They have absolutely great lyrics and their musicianship is amazing as well. They're definitely one of my all-time favorite bands. My favorite songs are "(Per)version Of A Truth," "Not Falling," "Mercy, Severity" and "World So Cold."

A Key To Nothing is a great song (last track on End of All Things to Come). Also, Death Blooms from L.D. 50

I liked Mudvayne when they first came out with Dig and I enjoyed them for a little while. Then I started hating them for some reason (maybe cause i was getting more into modern rock), now i just regained respect after I saw them at Summer Sanitarium.

Be honest, they're better off without the makeup

"World so Cold" is a great song [/b][/quote]
    L.D.50:
    Death Blooms
    Know Forever
    Cradle
    Dig
    Nothing To Gein
    Under My Skin

The End Of All Things To Come:
    Silenced
Trapped In The Wake Of A Dream
    Not Falling
    World So Cold
Shadow Of A Man :rawk:
Solve Et Coagula (Destroy To Recreate)
The End Of All Things To Come ("..need world wide genocide, planetary suicide, and when the whole d*mn world is dead, there's your fvcking peace")

Nevertheless, all the songs on both albums rule.

I like everything they've ever made... I don't think anything they make will ever surpass L.D.50, though, that album was absolutely amazing.

I especially like Poop Loser

They're a good band. Just don't know enough of their songs. I love Death Blooms. It's probably my favorite Mudvayne song. Dig and Not Falling are good too.
