That's okay if it's story styled. My lyrics/poems are usually story styled too.

Well, who knows? Someone else's might be similar.

    Ha ha.

Yes, as David said...in a more improper way, if you are planning on entering the competition and haven't already begun writing, now would be the time. The sooner you finish, the better off you'll be.

Small question: Can we put in requests for signatures in the Sig Request thread for this competition?

Alright, one by one now, children.

Mali: Yes, you may. It's not like it will assist you in the competition, but it will aid us in getting more participants.

esaul17: Yes, anytime during those 2 weeks you may submit your entry.

tremulant: No, you may send it now if you wish.

GX, I didn't mean that I wanted an advantage in the competition, I meant for publicity, so that more people notice it, like the last time. I'm hurt that you would think that of me

Of course I didn't think that of you. I just wanted to make that known for the people who so badly want to win this competition.

i think you have to do it by words... because some people write long lines and some write short.. *shrugs*

For a word of adivce, I always found that is a poem got too long it could get boring. Saying a lot with a few words is what I think poetry is about.

Well, I mean, poetry is not always boring if it's long. If it has a good point and a good storyline (in certain cases), then it can be pretty good.

Yay, DJ Ronin 275 made me a competition themed sig.

So, there's basically a sensibility limit on the long poems (write as much as you think appropriate), but how about the minimum amount?
