It's only slightly over a month before Halo 3 is unleashed upon the video gaming market and smashes every first-week video game sales record in existence. I have never anticipated a video game as highly as this one. I still play Halo 2 for about two hours a day, three years removed from its release. That game has more replay value (multiplayer-wise) than any other game I've played. I'm not a graphics freak, or someone who cares about how close a game sticks to reality. As long as its fun and has guns, I'm happy. Halo 2 was the perfect game for my tastes. Now Halo 3 is coming out with all these new innovations, weapons, vehicles, features, and maps and it's like a brand new 3-year Christmas. For my fellow Halo 3 fanboys and fangirls, is there anything you're especially excited about? I really like the Saved Films feature, and I can't wait to test out the trip mines, bubble shield, firebombs, spike grenades, mongoose, brute chopper, flamethrower, portable turrets, portable grav lifts, and everything else. Screw the campaign, this game is going to be the funnest multiplayer game ever. On a side note, perhaps "screwing the campaign" won't be as easy a thing to do, now that we have 4-player online co-op campaign capabilities. Who's in?
I can't wait. I used to love having LAN matches with my friends, but that kind of died out after Halo 2 came out, so hopefully this can re-ignite the greatness that was LAN multi-player. Other than that it wil just be good to have a new Halo game, it sems ages since the last one was out. Hopefully the single player will keep me entertained, but with the 4 player multi-player co-op, I'm sure it will.
I'd better subscribe to Live again soon, otherwise I'm going to suck by the time it comes out. Haha. Having said that there are other games I'm anticipating a lot more which is saying something about them: MGS4, Bioshock, a complete Pro Evo instead of one that includes even less than the last-gen versions, KotOR 3 if it ever happens, a Wii game that isn't just a novelty...
I'll jump in on LPA Halo 3 Co-Op as long as I'm Master Chief hahaha. And seriously, I'm dying to see what's going on, the story is so amazing.
I'll be getting it, but I hope they make major improvements. The level design in the first two games ruined it for me, and normally level design is something I couldn't care less about... but they were just so bland.
Yeah it's gonna be awesome, and there's no four Master Chief's either, you get one MC and elites so it fits the story line a lot. And I think we should start organizing Xbox Live stuff for the forum soon. Or atleast wait till I get my 360 haha. I'm really giddy for this game.

Halo 3 is an absolute flop. no one will buy it. in fact, it will be SO bad that it'll force Bungie to declare bankcruptcy. all kidding aside, I'm looking forward too it a lot. that'd be so cool if all of us in LPA could like get together in a party or clan or something.
I'm getting it at midnight, then I'll go through the story straight away with friends and still go to college in the morning.
i'm a huge fan of halo but there's no way in hell i'd wait outside a store or whatever to get the game at midnight or when the store opened in the morning i'd rather just wait for it to show up at my door, like i'm gonna do
