Which part?
I know I was freaking out the whole time at the movies .

The whole thing with Jigsaw in the autopsy room and Jigsaw in the room from Saw III. Every time I think about it, I figure out a way it could work and then I disprove myself. But what I think I figured out when I was just trying to explain it was that everything in Saw IV actually was going on at the same time as Saw III except for the autopsy but then the tape wouldn't have made any sense...I don't think.

 

Oh yes! I was thinking on the same thing.
Hmm.. My friend said it was supposed to happen at the same time, so I kinda went along with it.
But indeed, it's a weird part.

The tape would have to be the set up for the fifth movie, but then they could've just left out the entire autopsy and it would've been a lot easier on peoples' minds

 

Meh, like if ppl care about the details. They just want to see blood everywhere!
