Why the fuck would they just take 25 out, and then put you into overdraft coverage, and then take some more out of many due to that fact?

 

btw. Southside and Paramore....

I will see Paramore live this summer at the SouthSide Festival ^^ so excited

 

I got off the phone with them today and found out this all stems from a 5 pound overdraft from late october. Apparently my statement comes through every 25th of the month and any overdraft fines would happen on the 26th so you'd assume that if I was overdraft 5 on the 28th October then they'd take 25 out of my account on November 26th sending me into -30 right? Well they didn't, instead they took 25 out on December 17th but by then I was 2 months overdraft and therefor they were entitled to take 25 more. The only problem is that they didn't take the whole 50 when I deposited money into my account in December and carried one of the overdraft fines into January - after the money that I had deposited into my account was gone after xmas. So by then I was into the red by -17 because I had no money in my account after December. February rolls around and I deposit 50 into my account, of which they take half because I was overdraft for January (this november fine still being carried forward). Eventually just a few days ago 200 gets put into my account of which 50 is taken away because of that overdraft from October.

All in all they've taken 100 from me and contradicted their polcies because they were happy to give me an overdraft fine in February because I was in the red from the overdraft fine in January but they didn't take money from me in November when I was originally overdraft. Instead they waited until I had no money in my account to take money from me, subsequently putting me further in debt to them. So when I get home I'll more than likely be closing my account.

Ah ha! Finally figured out why I couldn't get Paramore tickets. There is a presale today for all the dates listed EXCEPT DELAWARE! Well damn. That would have been nice to know beforehand.
