I guess you don't have to be an old man to throw your back out. I'm in excruciating pain right now. I might have to call someone to take me to the hospital just so I can get injected with a painkiller.

for some reason i have been really lecturing in posts more than usual, and i like reading lectures from other people... it's weird

 

I was lifting things at work with my waist/back instead of my knees/legs. It's absolutely killing me right now. I can't fucking stand this.

Im 22 and I have sciatica already. So I know how you feel.
The day before my second daughter was born, I was left to get to the hospital by myself in disabling pain cos my asshole of a boyfriend wanted to play COD online instead of taking his pregnant gf to the hospital.
