The thing I hate about rappers is that they use samples of other artist's music, and the artist who made that music worked hard to make it. The rap I like is from the Roots and Jurassic 5. Rock is better than mainstream rap (Nelly, all the rappers with the li'l in front of a name)
Rap is my opinion is getting old. I was a fan of it when I was 13. But something changed that summer I began to listen to more rock. I prefer this genre over rap anyday. Rock, punk, nu-metal, alternative, whatever. I occassionally listen to hip-hop, but no rap, thanks. Although I must admit it's better music to dance to.
same thing happened to me. But I do prefer rock better mainly because It's loud, and rappers don't compose their own songs. I do like eminem and tupac.
