Rumored Eminem/50 Cent/Linkin Park Tour?

    According to Billboard.com, very preliminary talks are taking place that would have Linkin Park touring with Eminem and 50 Cent. This seems like an odd time for such rumors, with Linkin Park supposedly taking a break after the conclusion of their 'Meteora' tour cycle, and Mike working with other hip-hop artists. Therefore, these rumors should be taken cautiously. We'll have more information as it comes out.

    I highly doubt that. After recording the new album, it may be true. But not at the moment. ;)

    I really hope that this doesn't slow down the new album. And I hate 50 Cent. As Nate said, Eminem is cool, but 50 Cent sucks.

    he can rhyme nice , but he's just too much busy focusing on his *gangsta image* that's kinda wrong , Als eminem would match with rock music a lot better

    word. If they tour after they are done with the new album that would be cool, play some new stuff and maybe have mike rap with em, since he loves him so much anyway; but, right now the progress of the album would be shut down almost, with little recordings and such hapening in the back of the bus.

    Well this could just be LP's outlet to test out new songs for the next album. It wont shut down their album process, this is what Incubus did with Lollapalooza and they went in and out of the studio in I think maybe two weeks.

    I'd LOVE to see Linkin Park tour with Eminem as I always have dreamed of such a tour to happen, but I'd rather eat my socks then sit through a set by 50 Cent. I dont care if its from being shot, he sounds like a illiterate man on crack when he raps. You can never understand anything he mumbles half the time.

    However if it was Eminem/Linkin Park/Beastie Boys or other acts that actually are half decent that'd be another story.

    I can't stand 50 cent. Eminem pwns. I love his old stuff, not sure about encore that much but it's still good.

    Eminem/LP tour would pwn. Add in 50 cent and it sucks.

    Just because he supposively got shot it doesnt mean he's any good. <_<

    50 Cent is a JOKE. I might have considered going to a show like this, if it weren't for 50, he's a horrible rapper. JOKE.

    It's funny, before "Get Rich Or Die Trying", you could understand him perfectly. See How To Rob for an example.

    I think how some of you can't understand him has alot to do with how he was shot in the mouth. I know some people like Derek refuse to acknowledge that he was shot or something, but that's the reason you can't.

    It's not like 50 is completely un-intelligible. Ozzy is un-intelligible. 50 Cent is not.

    2/3 artists isnt too bad right?
    Anyway itll probably end up having a lot more artists, as these three are probably gonna be the headliners for the tour, if it happens which is still 50/50 i think (no pun intended).

    This is just like when they announced PR2004 where everyone was for korn and linkin park while most were totally against snoop.


    BTW dont forget linkin park do a lot of stuff for albums while on the road, in studio bus and stuff, i wouldnt be surprised if this actually speeds up their recording process lol! ;)
