I don't get this thread, but from what I understood, it's about making a song from some YT video clip? In that case, Skrillex song ''Scary Monsters and Nice Spirits'' features a line ''YES! OH MY GOSH'' which was taken from this video. The track has about 100 million views now...
It's more about when someone takes an entire youtube video and turns it into a song, usually through copious auto-tuning. Skrillex using one a line or two doesn't really qualify for what the OP is talking about.
