so there's a screening of the prologue in Nashville on Tuesday. I don't know if I should go all that way just to see 6 minutes of a film.
Full audio of the prologue. Spoilers. Still, take it with a grain of salt if you wish. "You think this is going to last? There's a storm coming, Mr. Wayne. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us."
Not the most thrilling trailer. However, the editors succeed in keeping the plot of the film ambiguous. The prologue was also kind of...I'm not sure what the right word for it is...stale? Dull? Was really hoping that the promotion of the film remained akin to something along the lines of this:

Dunno if anyone saw it but a bootleg video of the entire prologue was on youtube yesterday. No idea if it's still there.
Fucking awesome. "What does that mean?" "Rise." - Batman/Bruce is obviously going to fall, and probably no longer be Batman, until around this moment maybe?
I wasn't thrilled. I'm not one of those guys that gets off on ruining everyones fun, but I'm just not feeling this the way I was for Dark Knight. Bane's just not doing it for me.
^ The Batman Begins promotions did not get me extremely excited. Then I watched the movie. Despite my appreciation for the creativity that went into the viral promotion of The Dark Knight, I was not overly enthused as well. Then I saw the movie.. With The Dark Knight Rises--- You get the picture.
