I messed up twice It sounds like my guitar is out of tune but it isnt actually. It's a real boring video
Been meaning to post here - As far as helping out goes, with my current living arrangements/equipment setup, I can't really record anything. I'll be back in Ohio for about a week at the beginning of July and might be able to get some stuff recorded, but I'll be pretty busy as it is. If there's anything specific you'd guys like me to give a shot and wouldn't mind waiting a few weeks for it, let me know, I'm willing to at least try filling in any gaps. My primary instrument is guitar but I can also record bass, drums, and vocals. BTW, anything in here is free for you guys to use if you want: http://www.4shared.com/dir/nYVGv1sv/sharing.html
Great idea Chris! I'd love to do the drums but I'm in the Netherlands for another few months and I don't have my electronic drums here. Hope it works out.
Is it definitely necessary to record a video and post it on youtube? I play guitar and I'd love to be part of this but I'm not very good at recording videos of myself playing. If you don't need a video then I'll just record an audio track of me playing. If you're planning to edit the video of me playing then I'll get over my shyness and try that.
Apologies for not responding sooner. I think it would be fun to be a part of, though it's debatable whether my voice can still do Given Up. Haha. What would you need?
I'm willing to re-do my cover of One Step Closer with the mistakes I made removed (I ended up figuring out that the really high "mute" noise that are done before the second chorus are just a bunch of high natural harmonics strummed together) and with improved guitar tone (acquired some new amp sims and Recabinet, a cabinet simulation type-thinger that sounds amazing)
