i agree! Along with Wes Craven, Tim Burton, George Lucas..M Knight Shyamalan is one of my fave directors and i am deffinatley going to see this flick
m. night shyamalan is a beast! i fell in love with every single one of his movies, and i am sure this one will not disappoint.
yes well i was watching the previews and evanescence imaginary was playing, so if that song is in the soundtrack then i am all for the movie. like daredevil had my immortal and bring me to life in the soundtrack, which made the movie much more bearable. i'm a sucker for soundtracks.... obviously i am a big evanescence fan
MORE SPOILERS NOW CONFIRMED - There are in fact 'creatures' in the film, so there is definetly something in the woods... - Night makes his traditional cameo at an untraditional spot. RIGHT at the end. - The modern day theory has been confirmed by many....
Yes, I only said that when my cousin sent me the picture of one.
Send me a picture of one!
Send me a picture of one!
Well for one, I cant because if I do and it somehow gets out, I can be sued because they were exclusive pictures my cousin took himself and sent only to me. Secondly, they got deleted when my hard drive crashed. :argh:
It was just used in the trailer, its not being used in the movie.
damn, that really sucks. i was gettting all excited too.
THE VILLAGE is the BEST MOVIE of THE SUMMER! I loved it, good shocks, suspense, and personally, I loved the ending. If you liked Signs, you may like this. It's a bit slower in the second act, but it gives time to help the story. One more thing, don't go in to the film trying to guess the twists, just enjoy it and let the chips fall were they may. "Do your very best not to scream"
The reason why it gets such bad reviews is because critics are looking for another Sixth Sense. Don't. Don't treat it like a horror film because it isnt. It's a masterful work of drama, comedy, and mystery.
Exactly. M. Night is not going to pull a Meteora. ( ) He always goes for something totally different and he pulls it off amazingly.
I'm probably not going to see this movie in theaters, but I'll get it when it comes out on DVD. I loved Joaquin Phoenix in Signs so I'll love him in The Village as well.
