Oh, don't worry guys, it's just another FUCKING PUZZLE if Burn it Down didn't already break you. EDIT: Did a quick search on google and found 213 232 4027 is actually a phone number originating from Los Angeles. Seems Legit, but I don't wanna try calling it. http://www.freephonenumberfinder.com/california/area-code-213/los+angeles/213.232.xxxx EDIT EDIT: The new music video will feature some pretty badass pogo stick action. http://vine.co/v/bviMP2KLnU6 EDIT EDIT EDIT: Possible artwork for new single / album or just promotional artwork. It does really make you think "Up in the Air", so my guess it's for the new single.
You're afraid of calling the number? Fuck, you must really distrust 30 Seconds to Mars, and they must hate their millions of fans.
The first thing I did when I saw it was call the number, see if Jarod Leto answered I have high hopes for Up In The Air. Hopefully it strays away from the TIW sound.
No, it's just that i don't want to pay for international calls. Fuck You Telecommunication companies.
What secrets lay beyond when the call was [hopefully] answered? Oh fuck, you're from Australia too. Fuq dat shit. What if you're right and everyone else is stupid?
June 7 sounds very plausible, since it falls in June, after all, one of the stronger months to release material, i.e. last year we had The Temper Trap, Maroon 5, The Offspring and Linkin Park release albums in June. Although I'd rather believe the May 3 rumor, solely because it was written on the whiteboards at capitol records and the rumor was spread by people who actually were at the listening party. It is also more convenient than June 7, which falls in the middle of their festival tour, on which they'll be playing at Rock am Ring that very day. It makes more sense to release the album before your tour, but then again, Muse's The 2nd Law was pushed back from September 17 to September 28, in which Muse were on festival tours that week, so it's not hard to imagine that Mars' new album was originally intended for a May 3 release, but has since been pushed to June 7. I think Sean's on the money here.
Haha thanks for the support on my theory friends! However, I think I debunked my own guess. I just looked at a calendar and the 7th of June is a Friday, not a Tuesday, so it definitely is NOT going to be the release date. I'd much rather prefer it to be May 3rd anyway. EDIT: I just looked up May 3rd and it's a Friday also. Now I am just confused about both of those dates.
I just looked at this, is their any countries where an album is released on Friday? but yeah, your probably right
LIVING THINGS was released on June 22, 2012 (a Friday) in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Germany, Greece, India, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Slovakia, Switzerland.
Also, This Is War was released on December 4, 2009 (a Friday) in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Finland, Germany, Italy, Switzerland. Basically, don't be doubted by the fact that both possible dates are on a Friday.
I personally think This Is War is the best album of the 21st Century so far, but that's my opinion. It's the accumulation of everything epic shoved on a 60-minute combat disc. I mean, how can you NOT call This Is War a good album? I don't believe in fate... But the bottom line, it's time to pay... You know you've got it coming..... THHHHHHHHHHHHHIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
^^^ It's really a great album, it's in the top with Muse's "The 2nd Law" and with ATS. Can't wait to hear the new album.
