Never had Toonami, but I know of the awesome promos the program put out, almost all of which were voiced by Peter Cullen (Optimus Prime).

Yes! Hopefully they air DBZ again. Just like old times. Better be uncut though.

 

Now I just fucking want to watch the entire goddamn Cell Saga

 

Oh, man. Being able to watch Outlaw Star and Cowboy Bebop again would be the greatest thing... EVER.

MY GOD...That was just awesome. Haha I'd see that, just cut the Cell saga into a 2 hour flick. Re-Animate. Hell even make a new animated movie.

But on topic, Heck yes! I for one (free time pending) will be watching.

 

This makes me so happy! I've been with Toonami since 1999, and then I was miserable when they cut it off in 2008 D;. I miss the Old DBZ, Sailor Moon, Gundam Wing, Outlaw Star, Ronnin Warriors, The Real Adventures of Johnny Quest, and more .

I wonder what the line-up is going to be though . Maybe like how it was on AS on April Fool's Day?

 

I mean, I'm just gonna watch the anime series I love in Japanese with subtitles so this won't really be much of an outlet for me, but a nostalgia trip would be nice.

 

Wow thats awesome news. The should bring it back with the ORIGINAL robot toonami guy. He was the shit. Not the updated versions of him that were lame.

I find it hard to watch dubbed anime but this is still really awesome.

 

DBZ is being aired around here at noon but with a horrid new dub. Unwatchable.

D'you mean Dragon Ball Kai? Because that's truer to the manga and the original Japanese series than the original dubbed series.

 

Too bad they switched up the score/ost from Yamamato's work back to Kikuchi's. This occured due to Yamamoto's plagiarism.

Just to illustrate how awesome Yamamoto's work worked in sync with Kai compared to Kikuchi's:

Both works in their own right, but seeing as the original 'Z' version already features Kikuchi's score, I much prefer Yamamoto's work on Kai; giving the series an indefinite 'refreshed' feel.

 

Well yeah but Andreina is apparently from Venezuela, so a vast improvement in America could mean something totally shite there.
