Dark Shadows

both movies sucked, I need to watched something good to forget how bad they were.

 

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011) - 5/5 - Dark, brooding and beautifully shot. Ran a bit long perhaps.

 

Yeah bit slow at first but once it gets rolling and you get into the darker scenes and imagery it really gets good. Ended up being a favorite.

21 jump street 8/10- funny as shit. Nuff said.

I was waiting for Qui-Gon Jinn to take out his lightsaber.

 

Luke has it.

 

I thought the epilogue ran a bit long. The intro and the build up to the mystery was good. Also thought they introduced Salander to the case a bit late. Nonetheless I thought this was better than the Swedish film.

Deliver Us from Evil (2006) (Documentary) - 5/5 - Horrifying accounts of Catholic church sexual abuse.

 

Skyfall - 9/10. Fucking loved it.

Super - 6.5/10.

He only used parts of it so that he could make his own and do some minor things like rescue Han and defeat Vader.

I really think that I'm going to go through the effort of seeing this on my own.

As you all know, I do weekly blog posts, mainly movie reviews. The one I've got scheduled for this Friday, I thought the movie was so good, I just saw it again tonight.

Wreck-It Ralph (it started showing here yesterday) - 8/10

It was one of the most enjoyable animated movies I've seen this year. I laughed so hard because the jokes in the movie reference so much pop culture and old video games. I mean, Sonic, Dance Dance Revolution, Street Fighter, Pacman, Tapper, Q*bert, Burger Time and references to Mario, House of the Dead and Metal Gear Solid in one movie?

 

Definitely need to get onto that as soon as possible. Lookin' forward some Bowser action, yo.

The Help. It was ok.

 

Skyfall. It was actually really good, thought I wouldn't like it. It turned out to be better than Casino Royale with some major stuff happening at the end, watch it! 9/10

My angelic vision of Misha Collins was shattered by this film but his acting amazed me that it scared the hell out of me. This film is total bias for Karla. I think Karla is guilty just as Paul Bernardo.
