Why Isn't "Out of Time" in iTunes or Amazon?

Since "Out of Time" is the first Chester-era STP single, I expected it to be everywhere - iTunes, Amazon and even a physical single elsewhere, but that was not the case. Instead, I only got the single via the free official and limited-time download from Radio.com, and I only heard that it's only playing in American rock/alt radio. Why isn't it commercially sold? Is it because of their indie label or something like that? Scott Weiland's lawsuit? I'm not sure why. Thoughts?

STP are releasing an EP soon with 'Out of Time' on it, I suppose they didn't want to release a single song of the new collaboration without allowing their audience to see more of what they could do.

Because they gave it out for free when it was first released. If you didn't jump on it when it came out, you're going to have to wait.
