It's so hard to narrow down your favorites. I mean, LP rarely puts out a "meh" song. But I gotta say that most of LP's meh songs are on meteora, lol
I know what you mean, haha i just update to me top 15 (16 because of a tie). LP rarely puts out bad songs. LP are truly amazing

Also, what I am noticing, and that I thought it was just me, I feel like a lot of people love the B-sides. I wonder what makes them not make it to the album. Songs like Across the line, Dedicated, Blackbirds, No Roads Left, and others I forgot right now, are way better than many songs that made it. What do you think about that?
The band just prefers the songs they've picked for an album and the songs left behind either: - don't make the cut in terms of quality, - don't have a place on the album, or - sound too similar to songs that are already definite picks for the album

While I do enjoy a lot of the B-sides, a lot of them feel very one-note. They don't have much variety to them. (Ex. I fucking love No Roads Left, but that song is incredibly simplistic).
Yeah - to me, the only noteworthy thing about "No Roads Left" is the novelty of it being a Linkin Park song where Shinoda sings entirely on his own. EDIT: on that note, here is my recently-updated bottom-10 Linkin Park songs list. You'll notice there are a fair few B-sides and/or demos in it, plus a couple of mash-ups too. There are a few songs which only barely missed out on being included
Well, I guess they (Linkin Park) did say they wanted to put the effort from making Hybrid Theory into Meteora and make just as good, at that point in time, they still stuck to their nu-metal/alternative sound and yea Don Gilmore has a part to play. Yea, I love some B-sides, too. I think Across The Line is very direct in a sense where meaning of the song is captured almost instantaneously. It strikes at the heart and that's why I love it. One thing is, ATL was just shy of making to the album. However, that song is pretty simple as compared to others on MTM, so I guess that's why. For others, I can't really put my finger on them.

Hey guys, thank you for the idea, it’s great to see your tastes and to see that we all love a different part of LP. Here Is my list, it wasn’t easy ! 1 – Papercut: the best song from the HT/Meteora area, but with a particular progression and an epic ending. Also a great song live. 2 - Shadow of the Day: I love the lyrics and the intense progression. In live, it’s a great pop-rock anthem. 3 - In Pieces: a highlight from MTM. I love the the ska guitar and the solo. 4 - Burning in the Skies: a very good pop song with an unusual guitar line during the verses. I like the progression too : electronic to live drums, Chester joining Mike during the 2nd verse and the guitar (solo + last chorus). 5 - When They Come For Me: indecent tribal drums and awesome lyrics dedicated to the haters. Instantly became a classic when played live. 6 - Jornada + Waiting for the End: intense building for Jornada and a good transition to WFTE, which is a very good pop song. I love the lyrics too, very meaningful for me. 7 – Blackbirds: the soft BID… but this one is very sad and more personal. Great vocals from Chester. 8 - Figure.09: It may be consider as a generic song trying to copy the HT formula, but it works sooo good. A powerful song with a great collaboration of Mike and Chester. Very sad that it disappeared of the setlists (and god, dat transition into From The Inside !). 9 - QWERTY (live): In Your Face song. Poor lyrics but we don’t care. If I see this song live, I’ll be the happiest person in the world. 10 - P5hng Me A-wy (live): a good remix and a great interpretation.
